About the Program
This 12-month paid traineeship offers hands-on experience in modern and sustainable horticultural practices. Trainees will work alongside industry experts in a structured environment, gaining exposure to:

Program Details
Duration: 12 months
Working Hours: 40 hours/week (paid overtime available)
Monthly Salary: Starting from 17,000 SEK (before tax)
Accommodation: Provided near the worksite (shared housing, approx. €200/month including utilities)
Visa Type: Traineeship Visa
Visa Processing Time: Up to 5 months

Who Should Apply?
This program is ideal for:
- Recent graduates or final-year students in horticulture, agriculture, environmental sciences, or veterinary medicine
- Individuals interested in greenhouse operations, organic cultivation, or eco-friendly technology
- Candidates between 18–30 years old who are looking for international experience and skill development
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated (within 1.5 years) from a diploma or degree in agriculture, horticulture, veterinary medicine, or environmental sciences
- Age: 18 to 30 years
- English level: Minimum B1 (assessed through an interview by EU Helpers)
- Financially prepared to cover travel, visa application fees, and personal expenses
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, motivation, reliability, and basic leadership skills
Note: Veterinary medicine students are also eligible to apply.

- CV in EU Helpers format (must include a professional, smiling photo)
- Diploma or Enrollment Letter (mentioning expected graduation date if still studying)
- Academic Transcript
- Valid Passport Copy (clear scan)
