ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The role of a goose and turkey slaughter worker typically involves the following responsibilities:

• Work in warm and cold shops
• Hanging the carcass by the paw -To be done by Men
• Plucking feathers from the breast, wings, back, after the machine• Gutting the carcass, cutting out the lungs, using a machine
• Working with a knife, filleting
• Drying and packing feathers
